LastOda is a mobile booking application that is developed to help its end users to find last minute exclusive hotel room deals with discounts up to %70. LastOda enables its end users to save time and money regarding their last minute accommodation needs. Booking up to 5 days ahead of check-in time is possible in LastOda. On the other hand hotels which can’t stock their unsold rooms increase their profitability and occupancy rates by adding a new mobile sales channel with a limited competition Burak Balkaya is a I.T.U. graduate and a young entrepreneur who flashes the idea of selling daily rooms. Selen Balkaya is Cass Business School MBA graduate and Ph.D. student specializing in management of information technologies and she is responsible for leading strategy with her 7 years of business experience. %13 of accomodation market which exceeded 11 billion USD in Turkey comes from online. We aim to expand LastOda’s network to 1000 hotels in Turkey and began publishing deals in Europe and MENA regions with partnerships in 2015. LastOda was downloaded over 150.000 times it has over 55.000 registered users since 2012 September. Sales has been growing promisingly since the start. On 2014 we succeeded %127 sales growth with 660.000 TL. Lastoda’s income model is based on collecting a %15 commission from room sales.
